1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Product quality issue reported within 24 hours of delivery
3. Proof Requirement
Customers must share:
• Photos of the product
• Order details
• Description of the issue
4. Refund Process
Once approved:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Products consumed or used
• Delay caused by incorrect address provided by customer
• Perishable items once accepted in good condition
